Anniversary of my North Norfolk Coast Album!

This week was the anniversary of my North Norfolk Coast album. A collection of 14 songs that are inspired by and use sounds field recorded at 14 different locations along the coast. I see the album as an audio love letter to the North Norfolk coast. I'm immensley proud of this album, and the accompanying videos

Prescience

This week i've been reflecting on the prescience of my Weeknote 21 where i wrote "You cannot respond to or address unexpressed concerns".

Running

It took a few days for my legs to recover from my 20k jaunt from cley to Blakeney, and then life got in the way, but i did manage to get out for 5k walk/run as part of my ongoing achilles rehab. If this week's runs go ok then i might be tempted to re-start my ParkRun challenge next Saturday.
